A calmer front door for therapy, and a stronger backbone for the practice.
Phoenyx Psychotherapy is built around compassionate care, clear communication, and secure operations. The practice is supported by private tools for scheduling, notes, assessments, billing, client support, and local-first AI workflows.
Two paths, one promise: make therapy feel safer and easier to follow.
Whether you are looking for care or exploring the practice system behind Phoenyx, the next step should be clear.
For clients and families
Start with clear care, privacy, and a human next step.
For clinicians and practice owners
Phoenyx is building a private, complete practice operating model for mental-health work.
Trust starts before anyone logs in.
Phoenyx leads with privacy, consent, and operational seriousness. In therapy, people are not only choosing features; they are deciding whether the whole system feels safe.
Encrypted records
Protected at rest and in transit, with sensitive fields handled by the platform security layer.
Immutable audit trail
Access and key events are written to an append-only ledger designed for review and evidence.
Role-based access
Owners, therapists, billers, schedulers, supervisors, and clients see only the areas they need.
Local-first posture
AI features are designed around on-box processing so PHI is not sent to third-party AI services.
Therapy care that is clear, grounded, and easy to stay connected to.
Phoenyx is designed for people who want privacy, practical communication, and a care experience that does not feel scattered across disconnected systems.
How care is supported
What to expect
A private operating system for a therapy practice.
The Phoenyx workspace brings clinical care, business operations, compliance, and client support into one secure environment.
Clinical record
Client charts, diagnoses, treatment plans, progress notes, signed documentation, measures, and assessment trends.
Scheduling and care flow
Appointments, telehealth readiness, reminders, support tasks, homework, safety plans, and secure communication patterns.
Billing and payments
Claims, superbills, out-of-pocket estimates, card and ACH setup, ledgers, P&L, and revenue-cycle worklists.
Practice operations
HR records, credentialing, supervised hours, CEUs, payroll recordkeeping, documents, and accounting.
Privacy-first AI
Local-first scribe and decision-support workflows are consent-aware, reviewed by humans, and never auto-commit care decisions.
Migration support
Import paths are designed to help a practice move from common systems and CSV exports without a chaotic first week.
Privacy is part of the care experience.
Therapy software should feel quiet, careful, and accountable. Phoenyx is built around least-privilege access, encryption, audit history, consent, and local-first AI workflows.
Controls that build confidence
The public site should make privacy visible before a client or clinician signs in. These are the signals people look for when deciding whether a system feels safe.
Role-based access
Staff roles are scoped so each person sees the areas needed for their work.
MFA and device audit
Sign-ins, device identity, and account activity are treated as security events.
Immutable audit trail
Important events are recorded for review and evidence.
No third-party AI for PHI
AI support is designed around local processing and human review.
Choose the next step that fits what you need.
Clients can ask about care. Practice owners can ask about bringing this private operating model to their own clinic.

Phoenyx Psychotherapy operates secure practice-management tools for behavioral-health practices. For client/patient data entered by a customer, the customer is the data controller and Phoenyx is the processor under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
2. Information we collect
Account data (name, email, role); practice data; and, for customers' clients, protected health information (PHI) the customer enters (demographics, scheduling, clinical notes, assessments, billing). We also record security/audit metadata: device identifier, IP address, and access events.
